OFFSHORE SHELF COMPANY

There are three options to choose from when you need a company to be formed
offshore or onshore:
BRAND NEW OFFSHORE COMPANY
This option is preferable when you
need a company with a specific name. Please note that it will
take 2-3 weeks to complete processing.
OFFSHORE SHELF COMPANY (READY MADE)
Buying a shelf company is best when the company
name is not as important as the speed of processing. If no
additional services have been ordered we can send you the
offshore shelf company documentation by courier on the same day as we've got the
payment. The price is the same as for a new incorporation, but you
can win 2-3 weeks, and time is money too!
The Shelf Companies we supply have never traded.
OLD OFFSHORE COMPANY (AGED)
From time to time our clients order
offshore aged companies incorporated in the year 2009, 2008 or even
older. This may be required when a business needs a formal history
going back for marketing purposes or due to some legal requirements.
Aged companies cost more than shelf ones because the price includes annual fees for the previous years and vintage premium.
The Old (Aged) Companies we sell have never traded.
We keep in stock:
- Anguilla, Belize, BVI, Dominica, and Seychelles IBC's (International
Business Companies)
- Hong Kong private limited companies
- Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Oregon and Kentucky LLC's
and corporations
- UK private limited companies
Note. As a rule the offshore shelf company corporate documentation includes legalization
with an Apostille.
