HOW TO INCORPORATE A HONG KONG COMPANY
A Hong Kong company is incorporated within 1-2 days of order placement. The original corporate documents inclusive optional Apostille will be completed within 3-4 weeks. A Hong Kong company must be incorporated with at least one director and a shareholder. Nominees (a nominee director and a nominee shareholder) can be provided for an extra level of anonymity and protection for the ultimate beneficial owners of a company.
