ANGUILLA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
FEES STRUCTURE

I. THE BASIC SET OF SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS: US$925

The set includes Government Registration Fee, the current year's Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee until next statutory renewal of the company, Certificate of Formation (original), Articles of Formation (original), Operating Agreement, and Statement of Organizer (originals), Annual Registration/Licence Fee.

II. OPTIONAL CORPORATE SERVICES

Legalization by Apostille of a set of copies of principal corporate documents (recommended): US$250
Note. Anguilla is a signatory to the Le Hague Convention of October 25, 1961, and therefore the documents of the company can be authenticated via Apostille and automatically legalized in all countries having signed the convention. So, there is no need to provide expensive and time consuming legalization in consular establishments when you are opening bank accounts, setting up a branch, purchasing a real estate property, etc.

Anguilla LLC Certificate of Good Standing with Apostille: US$329
The document attests that the newly incorporated company actually exists and is in good standing, complying to all requirements of the applicable Anguilla laws. Please refer to the section on Certificates of Good Standing for more details.

NOMINEE SERVICES

Nominee Manager Services for one year: US$395
Nominee Member Services for one year: US$495
One-year General Power of Attorney: US$195
One-year General Power of Attorney legalized with Apostille: US$335

SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS BY NOMINEES
We charge US$95 per signature plus processing fee and courier delivery fee. If signatures are required for a batch of documents to be processed by same order then we offer considerable discounts

Mail forwarding address in Anguilla (same as the registered office address): US$795 p.a.
Note. Additional fees may apply for unusual quantity, weight and frequency of mail forwarding.
The max number of the pieces is 24 per year. Sorry, there will be no refund if we received less or no mail at all.
